Low Carb Chicken and Bean Nachos

Sometimes as a diabetic, it is hard to find some new recipes that have lower carbs to help maintain my blood sugar levels. I have played around with some of my favorite protein micronutrients and macronutrients and I made my own quick nachos. They are now my new favorite food when I am in a rush and can be eaten as a snack or a meal determined by the portions.

Ingredients:

  1. Tortilla chips
  2. Black Beans
  3. Shredded Cheese
  4. Shredded or canned chicken
  5. Jalepenos (optional)
  6. Sour cream (Optional)
  7. Guacamole (optional)

This recipe is very simple, first place all the chips on the plate put all the toppings on, and microwave for about a minute or air fry for about 5 minutes at 350 degrees. It is very simple and quick to make and you can customize the toppings to your liking. I am a very picky eater so I tend to use just beans, cheese, chicken, and tortillas, however, you can spice it up to your liking!
