Seasoned Turkey Burgers

My most recent favorite no carb meal is a seasoned turkey burger because I never have to dose when eating these! Dosing can be a pain sometimes because even though it take a minute it can be very annoying doing it with every meal you eat. This meal can be paired though with any vegetables or side meal that you would like, just make sure you dose for that any other carbs that may enter your meal.

Ingredients:

1.Ground Turkey

2.Your choice of sliced cheese

3.Salt and Pepper

4. Montreal seasoning (optional)

5. Onion Powder (optional)

6.Garlic Powder (optional)

This meal is super quick and easy to make and I start by adding my ground turkey into a bowl and mashing it up with seasonings. I include all of the seasons listed above, but you can add more of any season that you like. Since this is lean meat I like to cook it slightly under medium with a spray of cooking oil or some olive oil on the pan. After cooking it till the center is fully cooked I place a slice of cheddar cheese on top to let it slowly melt, but you can use any choice of cheese you desire. Since this is a lean meal and low calorie, I like to pair it with a side of veggies or a salad.
